Free Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 7 business days of placement. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, custom clearance processes, and courier company-caused delayed delivery time.
International Shipping
We are able to ship internationally via Aramex, FedEx, or DHL. The amount charged depends on your country of purchase and will be calculated at checkout.
Currently, there is no free shipping available on international orders.
Insurance
Mamarider insures each purchase when it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Mamarider and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Taxes & Duties
We offer free regular shipping on all pre-paid domestic orders.
All orders ship from India. Any import duties and taxes charged when the parcel reaches the destination country must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of responsibilities and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.
For all domestic orders (within India) taxes and duties have already been included in the product price.
